"Trained leadership is important. Together, SPL Matt H. and Scoutmaster Cliff put on Troop 1201's Youth Leadership Training (YLT) course. The course covered troop operation and the expectations placed upon our youth leaders. Each position of responsibility was covered with specific examples of the right and wrong way to do the jobs. Interactive team building games were included in the curriculum. Of course, pizza was a highlight along with a birthday celebration for William C." -- Scoutmaster Cliff
