"A group of 22 scouts and 17 family members spend the Lincoln Birthday weekend in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Fabulous desert weather with breath-taking scenery and sprouting wildflowers everywhere. The Troop hiked from the visitor center to the Borrego Palm oasis where we were greeted by several big-horned sheep (aka the Borrego) and a beautiful waterfall. The scouts tested their courage climbing the hillsides and enjoyed camping with the Troop. Could be a repeat adventure. " -- ASM S. Allen
