Troop1201 goes on a Beginning Backpack to Bear Creek

"This weekend Troop 1201 ventured into the local mountains for the last scheduled backpack of the year. Half expecting to be turned back by the weather, the weekend turned out to be perfect for a beginning backpack. Temperatures were mild and the trip dry with only a shower or two Saturday afternoon. Six adult leaders and 17-scouts had a great time enjoying nature, climbing on rocks, playing games and generally having a terrific camping experience with their friends. Thanks everyone for a great time.
